Libraries of screening compounds from the stock can be composed
by either the customer or by Specs in order to create geographically
or chemically diverse sets.
- Targeted Libraries
Various libraries of compounds can be created for different targets
like e.g. GPCR’s, kinases, ion-channels etc.
- Building Blocks
Specs offers an unique set of the more than 4.000 Building Blocks
available from milligram to multigram amounts, all of them having
a purity of 95% and higher.
- Natural Products
A diverse and unique set of about 700 real Natural Products and
their derivatives is available from our stock, all of them having
a purity of at least 80%.
- Cheminformatics Services
In this field various services can be offered:
- compound selection by pharmacological relevance
- diversity analysis
- analog & pharmacophore searching in order to establish
a structure-activity-relation
- calculation of physico-chemical properties (ADME)
- classification of compound libraries and generation of novel
scaffolds by an unique, in-house developed algorithm, called
