VirTis products play a major role in perfecting the technology needed for freeze drying. Custom configured technologically advanced freeze drying systems, along with cell disrupters, fermenters, concentrators, homogenizers and process control systems are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2000 certified facility. Our product lines are used in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental, agricultural research, biochemical and industrial markets. The lyophilization process continues to be our focus and VirTis systems are designed for a range of facilities from laboratory to pilot to production. Our systems are configured for your application with multiple options available to customize your protocol. Our line of laboratory research freeze dryers offers precise freeze drying capability in a smaller footprint. Condenser temperatures ranging from -55°C to -85°C and as low as -105°C; manual control or automated packages to meet validation needs; stoppering capability; a wide selection of manifolds and accessories are available. Pilot scale lyophilizers are designed for easy scale-up to full production cycles. User-friendly configurations; S.I.P/C.I.P options; hydraulic stoppering; validatable, easy-to-use processing control systems are all designed for durable, trouble-free operation. Production scale lyophilization systems are custom-built up to 416 square feet of usable shelf area. Bulk and stoppering models are available with advanced control systems, validation support packages, and a selection of condensers, shelf configurations and steam sterilization systems.

Our search for technical excellence includes an unwavering commitment to quality, value and service - before, during and after installation. We provide validation and critical support, including 21 CFR Part 11, through an in-house staff of engineers, technicians and product managers. We offer extensive Control Systems Qualification Packages (CSQP) and IQ/OQ that will ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements. This testing and certification is tailored for each customer and provides industry standard required documentation for all systems.
