Recommendation Bonuses

Once Sensible Locums have placed your referral and that person has worked 100 hours you will be paid a bonus of £125 (less any tax due).

Holiday Pay

Those Locums that are on our pay role (i.e. PAYE) are entitled to twenty days holiday per year in compliance with the Working Time Directive.

Sick Pay

Those Locums that are on our pay role (i.e. PAYE) are entitled to Statutory Sick Pay.
