TCC
The particle counter TCC is a monitor for the measurement of
the number and size of particles in liquids or in viscous media.
The measuring system is suitable for stationary employment and
covers by the variable equipment with different sensors a measuring
range of 0,8 µm to 200µm. In this range three freely
selectable size classes can be supervised by the TCC and the number
of particles either as analogue signal (stream e.g. 4.20mA) to
a SPS or to the RS232 can be transferred. For each channel limit,
values are settable, which supervise the degree of pollution and
send if necessary an alert. The measuring mode of the TCC plans
excluding time-related measurements, so that the flow through
the laser sensor must be kept sufficiently constant (flow CONTROLLER
or the like).
Syringe
Used for the measurement of particle number and
particle dimensions in liquid media. It was developed especially
for the lab and pharmaceutical area.
The system consists of the illustrated syringe
device and a PC-measuring map (PCI). Different syringes can be
used, from 1 ml - 25 ml. There are different sensors for the particle
dimensions from, less than, 1 µ m - 500 µ m available.
Optional: Test moneychanger for up to 20 sample
cups.

The system consists of the shown equipment and either
the particle counter abacus or a PC measuring map (PCI). It permits
the measurement to the number of particles and the particle size
in liquid and very viscous media. The measuring volume measures
to up to 1000 ml. It is used with different sensors for the particle
sizes of under 1 µm - 1800 µm available. Software
SW-TA (for PC measuring map): Dimensions freely definably, various
evaluation options, efficient Excel export, for Windows 95/98
and NT 4.0/2000.
P Z G - 4
Like the PZG-3, however, especially suitably for
viscous media, for example oil. The exactly defined measuring
amount is reached with the help of a special pump which transports
precisely 10 ml liquid per stroke.
Software SW-AQ (for PC-measuring map (PCI)): Dimensions
classes freely determinably, efficient excel export, for Windows
95/98 and NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP.
The software especially for the oil area SW-OI
permits evaluations after ISO 4406, ISO (NIST) and NAS.
PZG 5/6
The sample supply devices for dry tests and granulate
materials can be operated either with the abacus-particle counter
or a PC-measuring map.
The PZG 5 becomes the particle analyser in dry tests
from 2-2500 µm. The dry tests are supplied with the help
of a brush system to the sensor.
The PZG 6 is used with the measurement by granulate
materials and refined grain. The tests are supplied with the help
of a Rüttlerinne to the sensor.
The interpretative program logs and shows 2.x permits
the control of the measurements and then transfers the data to
the PC.
PSS air
The aerial particle counter PSS air is used for
the supervision of the particle concentration in pure clean rooms,
production plants and manufacturing arrangements. The sensor can
be operated alone, in connection with an available control, or
on the network. a reasonable installation is possible by the integrated
pump.
Particle standards
Particle measuring standards of the Markus block
GmbH serve the counting accuracy for the regular, simple examination
particularly of your syringe or abacus measuring system. They
are immediately operational. A kit consists of a zero-sample (25ml)
for the examination of the particle freedom of the system. In
the certificate (in German) you find all-important data and the
precise application for the measuring system "syringe"
or "abacus" described.
Mobile fluid abacus
This is a portable system for the measurement of
a number of particles and particle sizes in liquid and very viscous
media. The available sensors cover a measuring range of less than
1 µm - 150 µm. It can be measured directly from pressure
pipes up to10 bar (optional 315 bar). Results are indicated directly
on the LCD screen. They can be also taken over with the evaluation
software log and show 3,1 (water) or 3,2 (oil) to a PC to be transferred
and there further processed. The protocol printer integrated in
the device permits printing out of measuring rows and sensor identity
lines the measuring system is available as an oil version and
as a water version. Optional pump system DPS-1: suction pump for
measuring volumes starting from 10 ml.
Mobile air Abacus
Evaluation system for the measurement of the number
and sizes of particles in the air and in gases. Different sensors
permit measurements of particle sizes of 0.2 - 50 µm. The
equipment is suitable for the examination of pure (clean) rooms,
clean workbenches, areas of operations etc. During the measurement
the results on the LCD display are indicated. After the measurement
the data and the limit value excesses on the integrated thermal
printer can be given. The logs will show 3,1 - software permits
the assumption of the measuring data into a PC for further processing.
Sensors are available with 2.8 l/min. and with 28 l/min.
FH-5
The battery-operated air germ-collecting tank works
according to the impactions and filtration method. With the equipment,
germ-containing air can be proven. The air germ-collecting tank
is used particularly in hospitals, with the production of medical
instruments as well as in the range of the food production.
