HPFD-range
The HPFD-range is used for early-stage formulation development,
clinical trials and process validation. There is a wide variety
in processes and batch capacities from 40 till 1.000 gram. All
systems have PC/PLC control with a 21CFRPart11 compliant software,
supplying batch reports in Excel.
- Mi-Pro is a high shear granulator and pelletiser
with an integrated accurate liquid addition system and an Infra-Red
product temperature probe. The absolute torque of the impeller
is measured.
- Mi-Pro Vacuum is an upgraded Mi-Pro with
a complete integrated vacuum drying system including ; jacketed
process vessel and process filter, vacuum pump, condensor with
recovery measurement and process pressure control.
- Mi-Mi-Pro is an upgraded Mi-Pro Vacuum with
Microwaves as drying energy. The system has an infinitely controllable
microwave source. The forwarded and reflected microwave energy
are measured.
- Mini-Airpro is a fluidbed/ spray dryer for
drying, top spray granulation, bottom spray coating and spray
drying.
- Mi-Molto is a high-speed mixer batch homogeniser
for semi-solids like creams, ointments, gels and suspensions.
Possibilities for dosing, heating, cooling and vacuum are available.
- Mini-Multi-Pro is the combination of the
Mi-Pro (Vacuum) and the Mini-Airpro with 1 central control system
and integration on a stainless steel trolley.
FormAid-range
The FormAid-range is used for (re)-formulation development, formulation
assurance, process consistency, application and academic educational
purposes. In comparison with the HPFD-range, the 4M8-range is
more standard, less modular, so offered at an attractive price
level. The batch capacity varies from 100 till 700 gram. Both
manual and PC controlled system with batch reporting are available.
- 4M8 Granulator is a high shear granulator
and pelletiser
- 4M8 Fluidbed is a fluidbed dryer and top-spray
granulator
- 4M8 Multi is the combination of the Granulator
and the Fluidbed
- 4M8 Homogeniser is a high-speed mixer batch
homogeniser for semi-solids
DK-range
The DK-range is used for vacuum and microwave drying kinetic
studies and Nutsche filter drying of fine chemicals. The batch
capacities varies from 100 till 300 gram. Both systems have PC/PLC
control with a 21CFRPart11 compliant software, supplying batch
reports in Excel. All Process Critical Parameters are controlled
and measured. The different drying phases (steady-state, falling
rate, diffusive) and the “critical free solvent content”
can be determined.
- Lab-Vac : vacuum drying kinetic studies
- MTW : microwave/vacuum drying kinetic studies
- Lab-Filter : Nutsche filter drying
Besides equipment, Pro-C-epT supplies as well the service for
demonstrations, rental, process training and process consulting
in the Belgian lab facility or at customer’s premises.
