THE PRIORCLAVE AUTOCLAVE RANGE
Priorclave build laboratory autoclaves from 40 to 700 litres,
operating up to 138°C – 2.4 Bar.
All have a 12 months parts and labour warranty and 10 year pressure
vessel warranty. A thermal interlock with thermocouple ports are
standard. The TACTROL® control system is common across the
range and all Priorclaves are complete with a delayed start and
media warming facility, Automatic Timed Freesteaming and Air Cooling.
A large range of options and accessories are available including
Vacuum and Drying cycles.
With Priorclave’s registration as a UKAS calibration laboratory
post-installation testing and servicing options are available
including IQ/OQ/PQ regimes.
COMPACT PRIORCLAVES
Compact Priorclaves allow flexible operation for the low volume
user, usually only available in larger units. They feature the
Quickseal Series II single action closure and operate from standard
13 Amp socket (UK). Two models are available:
The Compact 40 Benchtop features a 40 litre
capacity and will take up to 11 x 1 litre bottles or 7 x 1 litre
conical flasks.
The Compact 60 is ideal for the laboratory with
occasional or low volume autoclaving requirements with a 60 litre
capacity. It is mounted on lockable castors making it ideal for
confined areas.
TOP LOADING AND FRONT LOADING PRIORCLAVES
These have a 500mm vessel diameter for more effective loading
and are available for 7 or 10.5kW electric heating (dependant
on power supply available) or for direct steam heating. They feature
the Quickseal Series II single action closure and are available
in two loading formats:
Front Loading Priorclaves are available in 100,
150 and 200 litre capacities and are particularly useful for autoclaving
heavy or bulky items. They are castor mounted for ease of positioning.
Top Loading Priorclaves feature low loading
heights for operator comfort and are available in 100 and 150
litre capacities. They are compact for modern laboratories where
space is at a premium.
RECTANGULAR SECTION PRIORCLAVES
Perfect for high volume throughput as well as large bulky items,
these autoclaves combine a huge internal capacity with a small
floor area. They are available in 235, 350, 450 & 700 litre
capacities with a compact design – the 235 and 350 models
will fit through standard door. They feature a simple, hand wheel
door closure and are now also available with a vertical powered
door closure.
