and protection in clean manufacturing areas for the pharmaceutical,
electronics, food, paint spray, and medical device industries.
We provide engineered fabrics with high filtration efficiency,
small pore size, fluid repellency, ESD properties, and comfort
that meet the critical standards for all classes of cleanrooms.
INTEGRITY® 1800 is a superior woven fabric with standards
high enough to meet the stringent demands of the pharmaceutical
industry. In fact, these fabrics are considered ‘best in
its class’.
INTEGRITY® 1800 fabric offers the smallest pore size in its
class, 3µ, which imparts excellent particle filtration efficiencies,
>91% at 0.3µ, superior to any woven fabric. In addition
it is the thinnest, 0.0040 in, and the lightest, 2.67 oz/yd, in
its class, maximizing wearer comfort. I-1800 is treated with DuPont®
TEFLON™ HT for a durable fluid repellency, increasing wearer
safety. The Aegis Microbe Shield Technology™ is also added
for anti-microbial protection. The Aegis Microbe Shield Technology™
uses an EPA registered technology which is effective against a
broad spectrum of microorganisms, including mold, mildew, fungi,
yeast, and gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria. Inhibiting bacterial
growth will eliminate unwanted particles from the clean room garment
and help increase yields. It is a durable, safe antimicrobial
that has been used in medical and clean room fabrics for many
years. Static dissipation is achieved through a carbon stripe
woven into the fabric. These properties all work together to make
INTEGRITY® 1800 the best pharmaceutical fabric available on
the market.
In other words, INTEGRITY® 1800 is the highest, smallest,
thinnest, and lightest, OR BEST in its class.

1800 the most desired fabric in the market for pharmaceutical
and non-ESD critical areas in Class 10 (ISO Class 4) clean rooms
