PNEUMATIC GUN CLEANER
GLA 300
The GLA 300 provides an effective sytem for washing up to two
paint spraying guns automatically. The operator simply detaches
the guns from their cups and inserts the gun suction tubes over
special injector nozzles in the machine. Universal clips are attached
to hold open the triggers to ensure solvent is passed through
all of the internals. The cups are also inverted over washing
nozzels for thorough cleaning of the internal surfaces. All around
spray bars ensure efficient cleaning of the cups external surfaces.
As standard the GLA 300 includes a washing function with timer.
Available as an option for industrial customers is the ability
to wash pressure pots and hoses.
Combo Spray Gun Cleaner and Resolv-r 2® Solvent Recycler
PBR Industries' Combo spray gun cleaner and Resolv-r 2® is
constructed from long lasting 304 stainless steel. The Combo comes
complete with: full pneumatic operation of the wash and rinse
functions, automatic transfer of the dirty solvent to the recycler,
color test cabin with exhaust for operator safety, solvent fed
brush for final clean operations, and air blow gun for drying.
The wide cabin provides the perfect environment for safe and easy
color testing and the stainless construction allows for fast and
easy cleanup.
Wash and Rinse Spray Gun Cleaner
PBR Industries' Wash and Rinse spray gun cleaner is constructed
from long lasting 304 stainless steel. The sturdy pneumatic unit
includes automatic wash function for 2 guns and cups simultaneously.
A manually controlled rinse cycle, solvent fed brush and compressed
air blow gun are also included. This all pneumatic unit is powered
by a heavy duty double diaphragm pump. The perforated work surface
is perfect for manual cleaning with the solvent fed brush.
Automatic Washing Machines
Auto Wash/R
PBR Industries Auto Wash/R Rotating Basket Washer is pneumatically
operated for use with solvents. This sturdy machine is constructed
entirely of stainless steel. The parts basket is rotated by solvent
flow. The unit has an internal Venturi to evacute solvent vapor
before opening the top.
Revolving Basket Washers
PBR Industries Rotating Basket Washers are available in 3 formats:
hot water electric, cold water electric and pneumatic operation
for solvents. Four models are offered to fit the needs of different
parts sizes and weights. These sturdy machines are constructed
entirely of stainless steel and can have motorized baskets. An
oil skimmer option is also offered.
All-Clean
The All-Clean range of washing cabinets were designed for safe
and efficient cleaning of larger objects where toxic and/or inflammable
solvents are used by printing companies cleaning silk screen or
machine parts. A wide range of models cater for every possible
application or requirement. Ultimate cleaning results are achieved
by the air powered pump and solvent brushes which provide a mechanical
and solvent cleaning action.
Dirty solvent drains into the solvent storage vessel below and
is filtered twice once through a basket filter and also through
a fine mesh filter to prevent pump damage during recirculation
to the brushes. Objects can be rinsed with clean solvent by simply
operating the valve manifold to draw solvent from a second tank
filled with clean solvent. As with all PBR INDUSTRY cleaning equipment,
used cleaning solvent can be safely transfered to an optional
portable tank via the valve manifold and then safely transported
to the solvent recovery machine.
When connected to a suitable extraction system, the air stream
passes over the components to prevent any risk of operator exposure
to dangerous solvent vapor. The operator is further protected
from the risk of solvent splash by a vertically adjustable clear
plastic splash guard.
For trouble free service, even with inflammable solvents, the
air powered double diaphragm pump is plated with corrosion proof
nickel and comes complete with a pressure regulator, guage and
condensation trap.
Vacuum Systems
TURBO-VAC
Turbo-Vac central Vacuums are available in various power ratings
to handle most business requirements. These unique turbine based
vacuums are self cleaning and built to last. Various options are
available including articulated arms, ceiling mounts, wall mounts
and others.
Mobile turbo-vac 4000 units are available in 4 sizes for the
convenience of every organization. Powered by 120 volt electric
and pneumatic air they will run either electric or air tools as
required. The heavy duty sp1600 model is designed with a steel
protective cart. All pneumatic units are available by special
order for explosion proof areas. A full selection of pneumatic
and electric tools are available. PBR Industries has conversion
kits available for most pneumatic tools for your convenience.
