Materia Medica Ltd – The Company

Materia Medica provides technical, quality and regulatory support and training to the pharmaceutical industry. Since 1997 we have been helping pharmaceutical and healthcare companies solve problems related to pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, analytical testing, validation, audit and quality systems.

We have a breadth of experience which enables us to support our clients in solid dose, liquids, creams and sterile products and also API’s. Our technical knowledge encompasses synthetic chemicals, biological’s and plant based medicines. The success of the business is based on providing our client with the solution on time and at a reasonable cost.

Materia Medica operates on a global basis and provides support to its clients in a variety of ways. We provide on-going cost effective long term support for development and marketing companies with limited in-house technical expertise. We also provide support for one off projects ranging from developing CMC regulatory documentation for new products, transferring products, identifying and auditing new suppliers, developing GMP upgrades and developing quality systems.

We also provide a manufacturing and quality interim management service to our clients when required, in order to overcome short term resource issues caused by sudden but temporary increases in workload or loss of key staff.
