Because of their functional variety and their simple handling, Hitec Zang systems are established as a standard in measuring, control, recipe control, regulation and observation. HiTec Zang LAB - manager is the reference system for today's laboratory automation systems. They amortize
quickly because they save time, guarantee optimal
reproducibility and improve quality and productivity.

The LAB-manager system was developed in accordance with the requirements of the NAMUR Working Party for research process control computer systems in conjunction with users from the research laboratories of major chemical companies. All automation components needed to automate a small process plant, which up to now would fill a big control cabinet, are now contained in a compact box.

The programming of the step control for a complex recipe, which until now would take days or weeks
for a specialized programmer, can now be done without special knowledge in minutes thanks graphical
programming with predefined unit operations.

The RAMOS parallel shaking flask fermenter is another outstanding and very successful system. For
the first time, this groundbreaking development allows online measuring of micro-organisms and cell
culture respiration activity in shaking flasks.
