The idea behind the Flexicon A/S product range is to supply small
to medium size companies with filling equipment that can fulfill
their needs. Therefore, Flexicon A/S has developed a unique set
of products that covers needs from single unit fillers to fully
automatic filling and capping machines. All machines can be used
under sterile conditions.
Flexicon A/S produces the following machinery:
MC12 Master control:
Control unit that can operate up to 16 fillers at the same time.
These fillers can be set for different filling modes:
- Individual mode: each filler is set for different
parameters
- Serial mode: the total fill is made up from the accumulated
volumes delivered by each filling station.
- Parallel mode: all connected fillers are synchronized
with the same set of parameters.
The different modes provide the user with the optimal filling
possibilities, because these modes cover most filling requirements.
Single unit peristaltic fillers for liquids like water:
PF6
Control unit with integrated peristaltic pump, for fillings volumes
from 0.1 ml to more than 250 ml with an accuracy better than +/-0.5%
on fillings larger than 0.5ml.
PF22
Larger version of the PF6, for filling volumes from 5ml to more
than 5L. It fills with an accuracy better than +0.5%.
PD12I/P
PD12I/P Peristaltic pump that is used together with the MC12,
for fillings volumes from 0.1 ml to more than 250 ml with an accuracy
better than +0.5% on fillings larger than 0.5ml.
PD12P is an OEM product; it can be build into all other filling
lines.
PD22I/P
Larger version of the PD12, for filling volumes from 5ml to more
than 5L. It fills with an accuracy better than +0.5%.
Positive displacement filler:
DF32
Extremely flexible liquid and cream filling machine, which can
fill volumes from 10ml up to more than 5L with an accuracy better
than +1%.
Capping machines:
FS10/32
Table top semi-automatic crimp capping machines, with a capacity
of up to 1,000 units/hour. They are designed for crimping aluminum
overseals.
FC10/32
Table top semi-automatic screw capping machine, with a capacity
of up to 1,200 units/hour. They are designed for tightening screw
caps on to bottles.
FF20
Tabletop vial/bottle handling system, ideal for filling volumes
from 0,1ml to 150ml. The FF20 becomes a fully automatic filling
system when combined with a PF6, PF22 or a DF32. This system can
deliver 2,000 fills per hour.
FF30
Table top filling and capping machine with a capacity of 1,800
units/hour, for volumes from 0.1 ml to 100 ml.
FMB210
Fully automatic liquid filling and capping machine.
