Quality
Fine Foods NTM has got an internal Quality Control Laboratory,
equipped to independently handle the full analytical work, supporting
the production. We utilise the most modern and reliable instrumental
techniques: liquid chromatography, near-infrared spectrophotometry
(NIRS), atomic absorption, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, etc.
The lab is equipped with a specialized operational unit for
microbiological controls on finished products, environments and
surfaces. The structure is based on two graduated people and four
qualified chemists.
Beside the QC lab team and utilising its results, acts a Quality
Assurance team. In accordance with the marked propensity of Fine
Foods NTM to multiple specializations, the QA service is provided
by professionals having different technical skills.
The presence of the Pharmaceutical Division, with the corresponding
application of norms in force, has a beneficial repercussion on
the Nutraceutical Quality Assurance system.
The final result is a corporate quality system able to satisfy
the most demanding auditors requirements.
Pharmaceutical
The Brembate plant is licenced to produce semifinished and finished
drugs, in solid oral form, as mixed powders, fluid-bed granules,
tablets, hard-gel capsules, to be packed in sachets, bags and
blisters.
From the list of offered services, we remind: complete formulation
study and development, pilot batches, development and validation
of analytical methods, stability tests, dossier preparation for
registration purposes (Part II), scale-up and process validation,
complete outsourcing from purchasing and raw materials control
to finished product release.
All production sections are equipped with independent control
and monitoring for temperature and air humidity, for the production
of effervescent granules too. All production and repartition processes
are close-cycle.
Nutraceuticals
The production plant located in Zingonia-Verdellino is licensed
to produce foods and food supplements in the form of mixed powders,
fluid-bed granules, tablets film-coated or not, hard-gel capsules,
liquids; licenced packaging are sachets, bags, blisters, bottles,
jars and monodose liquid bottles.
From the list of offered services, we remind: complete formulation
study and development, pilot batches, industrial scale-up, dossier
preparation for notification or registration purposes, development
and validation of analytical methods, stability tests, complete
outsourcing from raw materials purchasing to finished product
control.
