Definitions:

Sampling booth

Taking samples for the validation of all the elements that make up the entire, final product. The sampling booth assures the integrity of the product, the absence of cross contamination, and the protection of the operators.

Control installation

The analysis of sample done in the control installation validates the elements put into quarantine. This procedure must not incite cross contamination and still protect the operator.

Weighing booth

For preparation of element dosage, to be put into
solutions to make up batches. The weighing booth
provides a safe and contamination-free environment that will not put the operator at risk during the dispensing of raw material.

Transfer trolley

The role of the transfer trolley is to transfer products, susceptible to contamination, between two areas of identical classification (A) through an area of inferior classification (C), and for the safe storage of the products.

Pass-through hatches

In order to transfer products between two areas
of different classification by means of purging the volume of air and industrial vacuum cleaning, pass-through hatches are necessary.

Isolators

The isolators, with positive or negative pressure, comply with all requirements for removing airborne contamination or contamination by the operators, while assuring strict protection of the operators and the environment.

Air showers

Air showers eliminate any contamination of the exposed product and the personnel when leaving the production areas.

Unwrapping machine

The unwrapping machine assures the supply of the sorting lines with primary packaging articles (flasks, stoppers, syringes, etc.). It eliminates the inner or outer packaging while maintaining the integrity of the articles.

Unidirectional airflow

Packaging and dosage of the final product requires a clean and sterile environment, under pressure, which is suitable for the elimination of the particles emitted during these procedures. The open unidirectional airflow or the isolator guaranties this environment.
