Major Laboratories Inc - The Company
Cambridge Major Laboratories, Inc. is a service-based chemistry
outsourcing partner to the world's leading pharmaceutical and
biotechnology companies, producing pharmaceutical intermediates,
API's (preclinical to post-NDA), and other fine organic chemicals.
Specializing in chemical process development, advanced multi-step
organic synthesis, novel chemistries and technologies, the Company
operates two facilities near Milwaukee, Wisconsin including process
chemistry laboratories, kilo laboratories, a pilot plant, and
complete analytical laboratory. The Company has been FDA inspected
and approved for cGMP manufacturing.
At Cambridge Major, we provide a full range of chemistry servicesranging
from new route development (where no synthetic procedures exist),
to production using customer-supplied synthesis protocols. Based
on our expertise in a wide range of chemistries, we can accommodate
most small-molecule custom synthesis programs. Our equipment allows
us to handle projects ranging from -70C-130C, and pressures up
to 300 psi. We routinely handle alkyl lithium, azides, phosgene
and other difficult-to-handle reagents. Our chemistries are shown
