Bio Image Intelligent Quantifier-11 (IQ-11)
The Intelligent Quantifer-11 software analyzes scanned
images of 1-D electrophoresis separations from wet gels, dry gels,
and membranes. It has a complete one-dimensional analysis package
including lane definition, band detection, Mw/ IEF standards,
and dilution series (concentration standards). The software generates
any number of fully customizable reports and comes with an IQ/OQ.
Complete hardware and software systems are also available.
This software system is fully compliant with 21CFR
Part 11. It includes fully integrated logins and passwords; record
signings (acquire image, save changes, and reports); Analyst,
Supervisor, and Administrator access levels; secure audit trails
of all operations and a system audit trail.
The software runs on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Bio Image Advanced Quantifier (AQ)
The Bio Image Advanced Quantifier (AQ) for Windows is a software
system for analyzing protein or DNA samples run in one-dimensional
separations. The software automatically locates lanes and bands.
On command, it determines band size and quantity of sample present
in comparison to standards or reference lanes. This software is
ideal for clients who do not require compliance with 21CFR Part
11.
