Introducing AB Clinical Development Consulting, LLC a new company to fill an on-going but ignored need. ABCD Consulting specializes in field training, assessment and evaluation of clinical research staff.

We are independent consultants with 7-16 years experience in the field and we bring this expertise to your field staff in the best place to train and evaluate your field staff - in the field. We will accompany new or seasoned CRAs to study sites and provide you with an unbaised third-party report highlighting your staff's strengths and weaknesses. Reports can be used for training files or personnel files and a summary report noting that the evaluation or training was done can be used in training files to certify that your staff has both the qualifications and on-site proficiency to perform the CRA or clinical coordinator position. We can make visits to field staff home offices and assist your team in making the most efficient use of their home office space.
